This collection features three 200g bags, presenting a journey from creamy indulgence to rich intensity: our comforting Milk Chocolate, perfectly balanced Classic 50% Dark, and robust Quite Dark 70%. The dark varieties are a special blend of traceable fine quality pure cocoa beans and sugar. Handcrafted in York, this selection highlights our commitment to quality and the diverse flavours of fine chocolate, perfect for exploring or sharing. All three bags are presented in fully biodegradable packaging. Ingredients (vary by type): Milk: Cocoa Solids (Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Butter), Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Vanilla. Classic 50% Dark:Cocoa Beans, Sugar. Cocoa Solids 50% Minimum. Quite Dark 70%: Cocoa Beans, Sugar. Cocoa Solids 70% Minimum. Dark chocolates may contain traces of milk.

Directions

To enjoy a perfect hot chocolate: Heat 200ml of milk. Place 40g of chocolate flakes into a mug together with any sweetner of your choice or leave to enjoy a pure cocoa flavour. Pour over enough hot milk to cover, let it melt for a few minutes & whisk into a paste. Pour over the remaining hot milk and serve. Can be made with water, milk alternatives or for a decadent, Georgian recipe, make with hot red wine.
