HOW TO USE The quickest route to authentic Thai red curry: heat this coconut milk base in a pan, add sliced chicken, prawns, tofu or vegetables, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Serve over jasmine rice or rice noodles. Also use as a base for laksa, Thai coconut soup and noodle broth. Pour over baked fish or salmon before roasting for a Thai-style tray bake. Use as a cooking sauce for mussels and clams. Stir through cooked noodles for a quick Thai noodle dish.
