Product description

White truffle butter is the secret ingredient for refining risottos and pasta to fill gourmet sandwiches and add that extra touch to vegetables and meat dishes. For the seasoning of these dishes, 16/30g white truffle butter is recommended for two people, for four people 32/60g.

Ingredients

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) (110 g per 100 g finished product), extra virgin olive oil, truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt. Tuber mesentericum Vitt. and Tuber albidum Pico in variable proportion) 5% on the finished product, salt, aromatic herbs and spices.
