Our not only shows the size you should be rolling out your sugarpaste too it also comes with sugarpaste reckoner guides printed on the mat which tells you in how much sugarpaste you should be using to start with - genius! Important User guide information to follow; please note that it should only ever be handwashed. Please wash before first use with hot soapy water, never an alcohol based cleaning product. Always use this Mat the correct side up to avoid food coming into contact with the print. Whilst the print is food grade material and non-toxic print may transfer if the wrong side is used.
