To use Tate & Lyle Pectin Sachets, mix one sachet (8g) with 4 cups of fruit. Heat the fruit and sugar to boiling point, then add the pectin sachet. Stir continuously and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
