To create a bar of chocolate without parallel, we need the expertise and experience of our hand-picked team of farmers who have a passion for the best beans which shows in our end product, which is why we pay them a substantial premium. Once at our factory, our skilled craftsmen roast, grind and conch these rare beans to bring out their lingering taste notes. Like grapes in winemaking, cocoa beans from our various estates have their own taste profiles and make our chocolate distinctive.
Firetree's Chocolate Maker works out the perfect percentage of cocoa, depending on which estate the cocoa comes from. It means you experience the subtle flavours of our unique and rich volcanic chocolate to the very full.
