Sugarflair Spectral food colouring paste/gel is a highly concentrated food colouring which is perfect for colouring sugarpaste, fondant, royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, flower and modelling pastes, cake mixes, pastry, cocktails etc. Just add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up the required colour shade.
Used sparingly, you can achieve the most delicate of pastel colours, while adding more gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.

Mix with other pastel Paste Colours for infinite range of shades.
Mix with Rejuvenator Fluid or Dipping Solution for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing.
