1. Prepare ingredients: Gather your favorite hot pot ingredients, such as sliced beef/lamb, shrimp, fish balls, mushrooms, lotus root, cabbage, tofu, noodles, or any vegetables you love. Rinse and cut them into bite-sized pieces for easy cooking and eating.
