• Serve with flatbread, salad and cool yoghurt sauce for an authentic feel.
• Try using chicken thighs for an authentic shawarma taste.
• Make a cool sauce using yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper.
• Marinate the meat overnight to allow the flavours to infuse.
