Saracino Modelling Sugar Paste is great for realizing sugar decorations, flowers and sculptures. Used by the best cake designers, it guarantees amazing results with a delicious taste and smell. Malleable, but at the same time resistant, it hardens quickly but does not dry out.

Directions
Sugar paste preparation for covering cakes. Sprinkle icing sugar or corn starch on the surface and spread the dough using the roller or pasta machine. Apply to the cake.
