Directions
1. Wash your hands and fold the Ruby Cup using a fold that works best for you 2. Gently push the Ruby Cup into your vagina until the body of the cup is all the way inside. The cup will unfold to create a suction that keeps it well positioned and prevents leaks. 3. Use it up to 8 hours 4. Gently pull the stem downwards until you can reach & grip the base of the cup. Pinch the base to release the suction & take it out. Empty it into the toilet & rinse with water. 5. Re-insert!
Safety Warning
