Product description

RespoSorb Silicone Border is a high-tech, all-in-one bandage designed to help wounds heal comfortably by managing extra fluid. Its soft silicone adhesive keeps it securely in place without sticking to the wound itself, making it much gentler and less painful to remove than standard plasters. The super-absorbent green pad inside locks away moisture to protect your skin, while the waterproof outer layer allows you to shower normally while keeping bacteria out. Plus, the clear border lets you check the skin around your wound for redness without needing to change the dressing, and you can even trim that clear edge with scissors to get a perfect fit on tricky areas like elbows or heels. Always start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water or using an alcohol-based sanitiser to prevent introducing bacteria to the wound, Gently rinse the wound using a saline solution or clean water. Pat the surrounding skin completely dry with a clean, lint-free towel or sterile gauze.

Directions

placing the white, soft silicone side directly onto the wound and securing the adhesive border to the surrounding skin
