Patisserie Valerie Matcha & Raspberry Celebration Cake is a 6 inch layered cake made with vanilla sponge, matcha cream, raspberry cream and Swiss meringue buttercream. The cake has four layers of vanilla sponge with matcha cream and a raspberry cream centre. It is coated in Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with a matcha and white chocolate drip, matcha buttercream swirls, white chocolate daisies and freeze-dried raspberry pieces. The flavour combines matcha, raspberry, vanilla sponge and buttercream. The green and pink decoration makes it suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, afternoon tea, baby showers, graduations, christenings, spring celebrations and summer parties. This 6 inch cake serves approximately 10 dessert portions or up to 16 smaller party slices. Vegetarian. Alcohol free. The cake is supplied frozen for transit in insulated packaging with dry ice. Defrost in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated once defrosted and consume within 3 days. Remove from the fridge 1015 minutes before serving.
