Product description

Linguine are the Ligurian long pasta format par excellence: in the shape of a small, flat and narrow tagliatelle, they were created to accompany traditional pesto.
Precisely thanks to the flattened section and the slightly convex shape, they are perfect for capturing condiments and restoring all the variety of flavours.
They are excellent simply with butter and sage or combined with fresh tomato-based sauces, with vegetables and aromatic herbs or quick spicy sauces, prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli pepper, anchovies and capers.
They are also ideal for fish-based sauces with shellfish and seafood and with "white" sauces prepared with milk cream, mascarpone, soft and meltable cheeses and with the addition of spices such as saffron, horseradish, curry and ginger.
Available in 500 g and 3 kg packs.
