Mexico is considered a pioneer in organic coffee cultivation. Coffee farmers use bees to control pests, thus minimizing the use of fungicides. The majority of coffee production is now organically grown. It is a top-quality organic coffee (SHG, washed) of the Arabica Typica variety, certified organically according to EU Regulation (EC No. 834/2007). Flavor profile: light body, mild aroma with a dry, acidic note. This green coffee is suitable for all roasting machines. DO NOT roast green coffee in electric household grinders or fully automatic coffee machines (risk of damage) before roasting (risk of damage). Our company is GMP certified.
