Directions

Soak lentils for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Rinse and drain. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add 1 cup of lentils, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain excess water. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
