Purified water. Mushrooms and minerals: lion's mane extract (fruiting body), apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate.

Directions

Adults: 15ml (tbsp) daily

Child 5-10: 5-10ml daily; Child 10-18: 10-15ml daily

Preferably 30 min. before food.
