The tapioca beads forming machine is designed for creating uniform tapioca pearls. It includes a washboard, suction cups, a tray, a cleaning brush, a cutting shovel, sandpaper, and a large sealed bag for storage. The product size is 400*235*80mm, with channel diameters of 15mm, 19mm, and 22mm, and pill trough counts of 14, 12, and 10. For maintenance, the washboard should not be washed. Upon receipt, apply a small amount of sesame oil to the upper plate and grooves. After use, clean the grooves with a clean towel, reapply sesame oil with a brush, and store in a sealed bag in a cool place. To use, remove the anti-slip film and place suction cups on the four corners, then set on a flat surface. Apply sesame oil to the upper plate and grooves if not already done. Roll dough into strips by dividing it into small pieces, placing one on the upper plate, and using the stripping board to form strips against the height limits for accurate diameter. Roll pills by placing strips horizontally on the groove surface of the lower plate and holding the handle to shape them.
