Low fat as prepared, gluten free, contains no added MSG and contains no artificial colours. Each pack is 4kg and makes around 200 servings. There are 2 packs in this wholesale bulk box. - Follow the table on the pack for recommended dosages. Measure the water into a bowl. Weigh out the potato flakes and whick into the water. Leave to stand for 3 minutes for cold mix, or 1 minute for a hot mix. Re-stir and use as required.
