Product Description

This convenient concentrated soup base allows you to prepare a delicious shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. It contains our naturally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness and a deeper flavour. Its easy to make the popular Japanese noodle dish of ramen at home now simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well and add cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice. Get creative too mix up the types of noodles, meat and vegetables or add a dash of miso or kimchi. The possibilities are endless. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. To preserve the flavour, keep the bottle in the fridge once opened.

Water , Soy sauce( Water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT,Salt)(33%), Salt, Glucose syrup, Sunflower oil, Flavour enhancers(Monosodium glutamate, Disodium 5- ribonucleotides) , Hydrolysed SOY protein, Ethyl alcohol, Spices, Modified starch, Thickener(Xanthan gum). Natural flavouring, Yeast extract, Seaweed(Ascophullum nodosum) powder.

Directions

Dilute 2 tablespoons of soup base with 270 ml of boiling water, mix well, and add cooked ramen noodles. Top with meat or vegetables of your choice.
