Our honey is locally produced, unheated, unblended and we intend to keep it that way. Harvested between May and August from apiaries around London, this honey is fruity in flavour from the wide variety of plants surrounding our apiary sites. We do not blend our honey, the unique taste of the honey is apparent and continues to change through the season as the varieties of plants in flower change.
