Product description

Brick pastry is Tunisian in origin but is now mostly made in France and called feuilles de brick.
These fifty packs of ten sheets are vegan and vegetarian-friendly and can be frozen.
Feuilles de brick is suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes and can be baked or fried. Feuilles de brick is often compared to filo pastry, but it is a little thicker, and doesnt crack as much as filo (phyllo) does when folded. The diameter of each circular sheet measures approximately 30cm.
After opening the packet, cover any unused pastry with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, salt, sunflower oil, preservatives: calcium propionate, sorbic acid, acidifier: lactic acid, emulsifier: Soy lecithin.
