Suitable for adults only. Shake gently before use.

Directions

Shake gently before use. Pump a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions, ensuring to cover all surfaces. Brush for at least 2 minutes. Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water. Replace the cap on the dispenser after use.
