Product description

This Ichiran take-home ramen set is based on the flavour served in Ichirans speciality ramen restaurants in Japan. The noodles are thin, straight Hakata-style wheat noodles designed to pair with tonkotsu pork bone broth. Each serving includes a concentrated soup base and Ichirans distinctive red seasoning, which can be added according to taste. The ramen is easy to prepare at home while preserving the balance, aroma, and texture associated with Ichirans original recipe. Packaged in individual portions for freshness and convenience. Directions for use: Bring 450 ml of water to the boil. Cook noodles according to preferred firmness: firm 2 minutes, standard 2 minutes 30 seconds, soft 4 minutes. Turn off heat, add soup base and mix well. Serve in a bowl and add red seasoning powder to taste. Caution: Red seasoning is spicy. Adjust quantity according to preference.

Ingredients

Noodles: WHEAT flour, vegetable protein, salt, kansui (alkaline agent). Soup and seasoning: Pork extract, flavoured oil (pork fat), SOY sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT), protein hydrolysate, sugar, salt, reduced starch syrup, brewed vinegar, fermented seasoning, seasoning paste, spices (including chili pepper), pepper, flavour enhancers (amino acids), alcohol (sake), thickeners (modified starch), oxidised starch, caramel colour, pH adjuster, antioxidant (vitamin E).
