Directions

We recommend mixing 1 to 2 scoops in a bowl, adding boiling water until your desired consistency has been achieved. If you are feeling boujee, mix with a whisk on the hob, adding cold water in the same way. You can also microwave it but its a risky business, nine times out of ten youll overcook it and have to start again. Individual requirements will vary depending on your training goals and daily calorie needs.
