HG Waterproof For Clothes and Fabrics (300ml) is an effective textile waterproofing product for cotton, linen, wool and mixed fabric types. The clever formula makes wool, cotton, linen and all blends of these materials water repellent. It also makes these materials dirt repellent and rain-proof too, making it ideal for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, running and field sports. This highly concentrated waterproofer for fabric is easy to apply, and can be applied using hand washing or in the washing machine. The waterproofing solution is ideal for coats and raincoats, as well as jeans, jackets, garden furniture covers, cushion covers, tablecloths, sports gear and other textiles. Includes: 1 x HG Waterproof For Clothes and Fabrics (300ml bottle) How to use HG Waterproof: With the hand-wash method: 1. Ensure that the clothing to be treated is clean and dry. 2. Add 6 litres of water to a bucket and add the entire bottle. 3. Put the clothing in the bucket and turn it regularly during 15 minutes. 4. Then rinse the clothing with cold water, hang it up and leave it to air dry. 5. Preferably iron the clothing before it is fully dry, as this enhances the effect. With the washing machine method: 1. Ensure that the clothing to be treated is clean and dry. 2. The detergent tray of the washing machine must be completely free from detergent remnants. 3. Set the dark-laundry programme at 40C without a prewash and do not add fabric softener. 4. Start the cycle and after 15 seconds add the entire bottle. 5. Leave the cycle to finish and dry the clothing in the usual way. 6. Preferably iron the clothing before it is fully dry, as this enhances the effect.
