Wholegrain cereals 58% (Wholegrain wheat flour, Oat flakes, Wholegrain barley flour, wholegrain rye flour) Sweetener (maltilol), vegetable oil 13% (sunflower oil high in oleic acid), vegetable fibre, puffed rice (rice flour, wheat flour, salt) skimmed milk powder 1%, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt, flavourings
