Directions

1. Tear off a piece of floss from the dispenser. 2. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches of floss between your hands. 3. Gently curve the floss around each tooth, moving it up and down against the side of each tooth. 4. Use a new section of floss for each tooth to avoid reinserting plaque and bacteria.
