CLASSIC Centramerica Pistachio Discs With natural colorings and flavourings, they are perfect for flavoring and covering biscuits, nougats, cakes and donuts. It is suggested to melt the product at 40/45C, in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then work it at a temperature of approximately 38C.
