D.O.P. vinegar Jerez, with an intense aroma and the characteristic mahogany red, with shades of the color of the same wooden barrel in which it is left to age, is a seasoning that enhances the flavor of foods that are already characterized by a strong personality. It is also so appreciated that it is converted into a product that you can not give up either at home or in the kitchen of any restaurant. Like the best scents, with just a few drops it gives an extraordinary taste to any salad, sauce or dish. The main feature of Jerez vinegar of type "Moscatel" consists in the addition of wines of "Moscatel" varieties that aggregate with vinegar during its aging. It is a semi-sweet vinegar, with a velvety texture and the characteristic aroma of the grapes of this variety. Acidity: 7 Content: 270 ml (glass bottle)
