Product Description
The pollen is collected by hand from wild fennel flowers. It is then sun dried on large tarps and is screen filtered resulting in a very high quality fennel piollen. Sprinkle a small amount on the scallops right at the end just before you serve them, it will taste incredible. Added to homebaked bread or simply added to pan fried fish fillets. Amazing in chocolate truffles. Available in 5 gram.
