Simply pour the gelato mix into any ice cream maker - home or commercial - and and let the machine do the work. Alternatively, pre-freeze the mixture and soften it in a stand mixer or food processor for a perfectly smooth result. No additional ingredients needed to enjoy authentic italian gelato. Designed for versatility, the gelato mix works perfectly with the Ninja Creami as well as any soft-serve ice cream machines. If pre-freeze is required, simply pour the mix in the in the provided containers and freeze for at least 8 hours. For soft serve machine there is no need to pre-freeze, just pour in the machine and start making. Enjoy up to 12 months of shelf life at room temperature before opening. Once opened, the gelato mix must kept refrigerated at +5C, helping you reduce waste, optimize energy costs and prepare only the amount you need.
