Directions

To prepare Casarecce Garofalo, first boil salted water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the Casarecce Garofalo and cook over medium-high heat for 11 minutes. Drain the pasta and add the sauce along with a little cooking water. Add butter and grated cheese to taste, and serve immediately.
