Garlic and pork French saucisson, 200g (weight may vary according to the dry-cured nature).
This flavourful garlic salami from France is prepared by a traditional French charcuterie maker located just outside Lyon. An excellent addition to any charcuterie platter or cheese board, best to be served at room temperature, thinly sliced.
Nutritional values per 100g 1746 KJ (421 Kcal), protein 28g, carbohydrates 1.09g including trace sugars, fat 34g of which saturated 13g, salt 4.5g.

Ingredients

85% pork, 15% pork fat, 3% garlic, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferment.
