Training Days On training days follow the application table based on your weight and exercise length

Rest Days - On rest days use the Perfect Carb Loader dissolved in water (300 ml water per scoop) as part of your diet to consume in total 2-4 grams of carbohydrates per kg of bodyweight. Higher dosages correlate with higher training intensity and length (hours). Consuming the Perfect Carb Loader on rest days should be used to assist you in adding additional carbohydrates to your diet, already on top of a varied intake of food
