Directions

Gently slide the interdental brush into the gap between two teeth. Move the brush horizontally back and forth a few times. Try to guide the brush along the teeth at an angle, using the so-called "X-Technique". Be careful. Always use the interdental brushes without toothpaste and preferably once a day before brushing your teeth. The brush should be cleaned under running water
