Shake well before use. Use 1/4 cup for tamarind smoothies (mix with honey, salt, water, and ice in a blender). Use as needed in Thai, Indian, Mexican, and Caribbean cuisines. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 30 days for best quality.
