Indications

Directions

To use, cool the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and apply to the affected area for up to 30 minutes. Can be used on various body parts such as the knee, arm, elbow, shoulder, and back. Do not exceed recommended usage time to prevent frostbite.
