This 100 percent Pinot Grigio belongs to Castello Banfi estate-bottled single-varietals range. Thanks to the Montalcino microclimate our Tuscan Pinot Grigio adds to the typical aromas of this variety an unusual body, flavour and balance. The colour is pale straw yellow. The aromas are intense and fresh. There are fruity hints of citrus fruits, pineapple and tomato leaf. The structure is well-balanced and soft, thanks to a great acidity. The aromas are still persistent in the final.
