Introducing the No.9 Falernum Syrup from the Bristol Syrup Company, Falernum is a spiced lime cordial from Barbados, traditionally served in a Rum Swizzle. Its main flavours are zingy lime, warm cinnamon and aromatic clove. Our Falernum pairs perfectly with the caramel and vanilla notes found in Caribbean rums, but is also a great match for citrus and white spirits and is free from artificial colours and GMOs
