This country-style salami is created with lean minced pork and is flavoured with a touch of garlic. It is a dry-cured pork saucisson with peasant origins that is matured longer than other French saucisson and has a natural casing. This traditional saucisson, which weighs around 2.3kg, should be kept in a cool, dark place.
This Rosette de Lyon is a perfect addition to your charcuterie board. Ready to be cut into slices and eaten with some fresh bread and French cheese. For best flavour, serve at room temperature.
