The secret to any great Thai curry is in the paste and ours is made with authentic Thai ingredients like kafir lime leaves, lemongrass, and dried red chillis. Each kit contains individual pre-portioned sachets of our red curry paste, coconut milk, and herbs & spices to create the perfect curry. All you need to do is add your choice of meat and/or vegetables. Made in Thailand, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, NON GMO verified, and no artificial flavors. This curry has a medium chili rating, and you can customize the heat level with the dried whole chilis provided. Blue Dragon 3 Step Kits are available in other delicious varieties: Pad Thai and Penang Curry. Each kit serves two.

Ingredients

Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water, Carboxymethylcellulose), Thai Red Curry Paste (Coconut Cream, Lemongrass, Dried Red Chillies, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Palm Sugar, Shallots, Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander Seeds, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Paprika Oleoresin (color), Alpha-Tocopherols (preservatives)), Seasoning (Dried Red Chilies, Dried Sweet Basil, Dried Kaffir Lime Leaves). Contains: Coconut. May contain: Traces of peanuts, tree nuts.

Directions

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. 2. Add the contents of the red curry paste sachet and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Stir in the contents of the coconut milk sachet. 4. Add your choice of meat and/or vegetables. 5. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 6. Stir in the contents of the herbs & spices sachet. 7. Serve hot and enjoy your authentic Thai Red Curry.
