Biona rye bread is made for Biona by a family-owned bakery in Muenster land, Germany. The bakery uses traditional artisan skills-freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet. Pumpkin seeds are known for their health promoting properties. It is organic and wholegrain bread. It is free from wheat and no added yeast.
