Directions

Add 50g of oats to 300ml of milk or water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. For overnight oats, mix 50g of oats with 300ml of milk or water, let it soak overnight in the refrigerator, and enjoy in the morning.
