A delightful blend of spices and herbs such as lemongrass which provide the fresh distinct flavour. Tom Yum is considered by many to be the national dish of Thailand. Now you can bring the taste of Thai home with this authentic Tom Yum Paste from Aroy-D.
Ingredients: Lemongrass (24%), Refined Soybean Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Tamarind Paste, Dried Red Chilli, Galangal, Garlic, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid (E330)), Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Water), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate (E621)), Shrimp Powder, Kaffir Lime Peel.
Allergens: Soybens, Fish Anchovy, Shrimp

Directions

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with 2 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with your choice of noodles, vegetables, or protein.
