Recipe:
1. Stir 50g of curry paste with 30g of vegetable oil and heat gently for 1 minute.
2. Pour in 400ml of coconut milk and keep stiring on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add 250g of your favourite meat.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of palm sugar, 3/4 tablespoon of fish sauce. Keep simmering on a gentle heat for 10 minutes and add sliced kaffir lime leaves. Keep stiring.
4. Decorate with sliced kaffir lime leaves and sliced red chillis before serving.
