• Tokaji wines come from the Tokaj region in Hungary, famous for its sweet dessert wines made from grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Tokaji Asz is the most renowned, known for its rich sweetness, balanced acidity, and complex flavors.
• One bottle sufficient for 50L.
• Recommendation: For grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries.
• Fermentation temperature: 10C - 25C
• Yeast can ferment up to 18%.

A liquid culture will provide an increased ester profile which will enhance the aroma and flavor profile of the wine. Liquid cultures also create a fuller mouthfeel and typically wines made with liquid cultures are described as more balanced.
