Usage:
1. Place the layout plate on the cover plate.
2. Insert a proper amount of capsule shell
3. Shake so that the opening of the capsule falls into the hole in the capsule plate.
4. Pour off excess capsule cap.
5. Remove the layout plate.
6. Cover the center panel on top of the cover panel.
7. Place the tray on the body board.
8. Put a proper amount of capsule body and shake it so that the opening of the capsule falls into the hole of the capsule plate.
9. Pour off excess capsule body and remove cap.
10. Pour the powder onto the body plate and scrape back and forth with a scraper.
11. Flip center panel overlay of hood panel over to cover body panel.
12. Press firmly with both hands to lock the capsule.
13. Then remove the cover plate.
14. Take out the center plate, now the filled capsules are on the center plate.
15. Gently tap the center plate so that the capsule falls out.
