Pepper Sauce Mix.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Palm Fat, Sugar, Iodised Salt, Maltodextrin, Green Peppercorn (4%), Flavourings, Tomato Puree Powder, Whey Product (Milk), Salt, Onion Powder, Beef Extract, Lactose, Black Pepper (1.3%), Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Barley Malt Extract, Sunflower Oil, White Pepper, White Wine Extract
Directions
1. Blend 4 rounded dessertspoons (38g) of sauce mix with 250ml of cold water in a saucepan. 2. Bring to the boil, whisking continuously. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy! Chef's tip: If sauce is too thick, add a little extra water. If sauce is too thin, blend a teaspoon of mix with a little cold water in a bowl until smooth. Then whisk into the sauce off the heat, return to the heat and simmer for one minute. Do not add dry mix directly to the pan.
