How To Use:
Directly use it.

Note:
1. Avoid placing the glass near high temperature heat sources such as sauna stove, heating pipes, or slates (at least 30cm away) to prevent uneven heating and glass breakage; 2. After entering the sauna room, take 1 to 2 minutes to acclimate (let your body initially sense the temperature), then flip the hourglass to start timing. Avoid starting timing immediately upon entering to prevent premature ending or wasting the sauna experience without acclimating;
3. After the hourglass runs out, rest in a normal temperature area for 5 to 10 minutes (drink warm water, wipe off sweat), wait until your heart rate drops below 100 >> per minute and dizziness disappears before re entering the sauna room and flipping the hourglass again. It is not recommended to flip the hourglass more than twice in a row to avoid continuous high-temperature stress on the body.
